My name is Mohamed, I am Amazigh (Berber), and I come from a region where hospitality, traditions and respect for visitors are part of our identity. I grew up getting to know Moroccan culture up close, the customs of local communities and the stories that make each region of Morocco so special.
Over the years, my passion for meeting people and sharing the richness of my country led me to build my career in tourism. Working as a guide and organising trips, I realised that knowing Morocco goes far beyond visiting monuments and landscapes: it means discovering its culture, connecting with its people and living truly unique moments.
It was with this vision that Marrocos Passeios was born, a project created to offer private trips, personalised experiences and close, family-style service. My goal is for every traveller to discover Morocco in an authentic way, with comfort, confidence and freedom to enjoy every moment.
For me, every trip is an opportunity to share a little of our history, our roots and the hospitality that makes Morocco an unforgettable destination.

Route: Casablanca → Rabat → Chefchaouen → Fez → Sahara Desert → Ouarzazate → Marrakech
Your adventure in Morocco begins in Casablanca, the largest city and economic centre of the country. After landing at Mohammed V International Airport, you will be welcomed by a guide and transferred to the hotel. Once settled in, start exploring by visiting the iconic Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, with a stunning seaside location. Stroll along the Corniche, a lively seafront promenade full of cafés and restaurants. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with traditional Moroccan dishes.
After breakfast, head to Rabat, the political capital of Morocco. Start the tour by visiting the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the official residence of the king. Then explore the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, an architectural masterpiece. Walk through the charming Kasbah of the Udayas, a historic fortress with blue and white streets overlooking the Atlantic. End the day with dinner by the sea or relaxing at the hotel.
Today you travel north to the dazzling blue city of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif mountains. On the way you pass picturesque scenery and small villages. On arrival, immerse yourself in the blue streets of the medina, where every corner is a dream for photographers. Visit the Spanish Mosque to enjoy the sunset over the city. Have dinner in a local restaurant before resting in your riad.
Dedicate this day to exploring Chefchaouen at your own pace. You can hike to the Akchour Waterfalls, where cascades and natural pools offer a refreshing retreat. Or, if you prefer, walk through the medina, buy local crafts and chat with residents. In the evening, enjoy another Moroccan meal while enjoying the cool mountain air.
After breakfast, head to Fez, the spiritual and intellectual capital of Morocco. The journey passes rural landscapes and small towns. On arrival, settle into your riad and prepare for a tour of the Fez Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the famous Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest in the world in continuous operation, and explore the tanneries, where leather is dyed using traditional methods.
Today is dedicated to exploring Fez in depth. Start with the Royal Palace and the Jewish Quarter (Mellah). Then visit the Bou Inania Madrasa, a magnificent example of Moroccan architecture. Have lunch in a traditional restaurant before visiting the Nejjarine Museum of Arts and Crafts in Wood. In the afternoon, wander through the lively souks, where craftsmen sell everything from spices to handmade carpets. End the day with a Moroccan cooking class or a relaxing experience in a hammam.
Leave Fez early and head for the Sahara Desert. The route passes the Middle Atlas mountains, cedar forests and the town of Ifrane, known as the “Little Switzerland”. Stop in Midelt for lunch before following the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves. Reach Merzouga late in the afternoon, where you swap the car for camels for a sunset ride over the Erg Chebbi dunes. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp under the stars, with Berber music and a traditional dinner.
Wake early to see the sunrise over the desert before returning to Merzouga for breakfast. Then head to the Todgha Gorge, an impressive canyon with towering rock walls. On the way, visit the Rissani market, a traditional trading centre. On arrival at Todgha, walk through the gorge and admire its impressive rock formations. Spend the night in a local hotel or guesthouse.
After breakfast, follow the Dades Valley, known as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs”. Stop in Boumalne Dades for panoramic views of the river and the old fortresses. Visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar (fortified village) that has appeared in many films. Continue to Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco”, and visit the Atlas Studios. Spend the night in a kasbah-style hotel.
Today you cross the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m) in the High Atlas mountains, with spectacular views along the way. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon and settle into your riad. Start exploring with the Koutoubia Mosque and the lively Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where snake charmers, storytellers and food stalls create a vibrant atmosphere. Have dinner at a restaurant overlooking the square.
Dedicate the day to discovering the treasures of Marrakech. Visit the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs and the Ben Youssef Madrasa. Stroll through the Majorelle Garden, a botanical oasis designed by the French painter Jacques Majorelle. In the afternoon, explore the busy souks, where you can buy spices, leather goods and handicrafts. End the day with a farewell dinner in a refined Moroccan restaurant.
Depending on your flight time, enjoy a relaxed breakfast and do some shopping or quick visits. Your guide will take you to Menara Airport for your return flight, marking the end of your unforgettable 12-day trip through Morocco.

Amazing experience in Marrakech and Sahara Desert/Amazing experience in Marrakech and Sahara Desert I would like to share here a travel experience I had in Morocco (Marrakech/Merzouga-Sahara) at the beginning of June now (2024). I decided after researching a lot of other reviews here and on Google, as I wanted to do the desert and Marrakech. I closed a package with the guide Mohamed. Despite speaking English, I found the opportunity to have a Portuguese-speaking guide in Morocco interesting. We closed a 4-day package for me and my daughter. From the moment we landed, Mohamed was there to protect and guide us. The tour was private in a 4x4 car, prepared for the desert. On the first day we stayed in a beautiful, fragrant, first-class Riad, inside the Medina. In fact, every day the hotels/Riads/tent in the desert were luxurious. Mohamed protected us from everything (the tourist cities in Morocco have a lot of people asking for money and wanting to sell you things for exorbitant prices). We participated in a caravan in the Sahara with dromedaries heading to the tents. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! The guide Mohamed met everything we asked for, everything we wanted, in our time. Mohamed speaks Arabic, Berebre (language of the desert people), Spanish, Portuguese and English and a little French. He sang desert songs to the sound of drums with other natives and was always paying attention to us. As we were two women alone, we were afraid, but the guide (who is passionate about Brazil) was our salvation! It's really worth signing up with someone trustworthy like Mohamed. These cheap day trips from Marrakech to the desert are crazy! There is a lot to see and experience, Morocco is very big!! Imagine being in a slow van full of people??!! Look... Ask Mohamed to take you to restaurants outside the tourist attractions. The experience becomes much more real and cheaper outside of tourist restaurants that only serve chicken: the small restaurants that Mohamed knows are typically Moroccan, very well served with bread, goat tagine with incredible sauce) much cheaper for three people versus the price of the tourist ones whose price per person (starter, chicken dish and side dish) is almost the value of the non-tourist ones for three. Best investment I've made in recent years. Thank you, Mohamed, for everything! Our tour ended today, 06/08, unfortunately. Tomorrow we will go for a hot air balloon ride (all arranged by Mohamed). We are very grateful for the patience, concern and education of this friendly Berebere. I recommend it with my eyes closed. You can trust Mohamed. I paid for everything in advance (06/05 to 06/09/2024) and Mohamed arranged all our stays, tours, purchases (only advice: prefer to buy turbans and dresses, Moroccan oil, drinks and bottled water in Marrakech, it's much more affordable. Mohamed has become a dear friend and we want to welcome him to Brazil, as it's a dream of his. You can trust him, because I think it's SO WORTH IT!!Publicado em Tripadvisor![]()
